•Roadshow presentation by ADAPT staff at the site 8 weeks before “go-live”

•Poster displayed prominently 4 weeks prior to and at “go-live,” (T0)

•Email from site champion to all staff 1 week before “go-live” (T0)

•Additional posters at 4-monthly intervals during implementation

•Newsletters emailed to site staff at 2, 4, 6, 9, and 12 months
