  1. Each domain was rated on a scale from 1 (not at all important) to 10 (extremely important) in catalyzing community change related to childhood obesity prevention. Two domain names were modified after incorporating expert input (as presented in Tables 4 and 5): sustainability to implementation & sustainability and trust to trust & trustworthiness
