Technology acceptance model. Definitions of terms are based on references [14],[15]. Subjective Norm: An individual’s perception of how most people who are important to her think she should or should not use the IT system in question. The norm can either be perceived as voluntary or compulsory. Perceived Image: The degree to which an individual believes that using the IT system in question would enhance her status in her job related social system. Perceived Job Relevance: The degree to which an individual believes that using the IT system in question would be relevant to her job tasks. Perceived Output Quality: The degree to which an individual believes that using the IT system in question would improve the overall quality of her job tasks. Result Demonstrability: How apparent the benefits of using the IT system in question are to the individual. Perceived Ease of Use: The degree to which an individual believes that using the IT system in question would be free from effort. Perceived Usefulness: The degree to which an individual believes that using the IT system in question would enhance her job performance. Behavioral Intention: The degree to which an individual has formulated conscious plans to use (or not use) the IT system in question.
